Risgby's Elegant Nursery

The second I found out I was pregnant I started dreaming about the nursery. I didn’t know if it was a boy or girl, but I already knew what I wanted the nursery to look like. I am not much of a fan of themed rooms, so I knew it would be a bit different from a typical nursery. I wanted the room to feel elegant and calming. We painted the walls and got started. My parents bought us the crib for our baby gift, and it is perfect for the space. Our big purchase for the room was the rocking chair. It is a recliner and just so perfect. It doesn’t take up too much space thankfully because the room is tiny. Rigsby is now two months old, and I can say that the rocking chair was our best purchase. I spend hours sitting there during the day and night while I nurse him. My mom found the dresser at Goodwill for $7. Luke and I stripped off the old stain off and put some new hardware on it, and it looks so different. I am so happy with how everything turned out.
